Booking information
A provisional booking will be held for 3 weeks unless prior arrangements with management, there after a non- returnable deposit of £150 ( weddings ) to secure your date. This will be deducted from your final account.
Billing
The account is payable two weeks prior to you function, based on your final numbers, more can be added up to 2 day.s before.
Child reductions
We offer child reductions for children under 12 depending on ages and menues required. ( hot meals only ).
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is 18 months or more before the actual date. A charge of the estimated bill will be made in the event of cancellation as follows:
- Between 8 and 16 weeks prior of 25%, between 3 and 8 weeks 50%, between 1 and 3 weeks 75% and up to 7 days prior of 100%.
Pricing policy
Our prices will be held for a year after booking and are subject to change if the government changes the v.a.t within that year.
Menus
As all our menus are suggested, you can choose any alternative dish you may require. We will be happy to assist you with any special request you may have, including a selection of vegetarian options. Some menu options could be subject to change.
Planning
A function co-ordinator will be appointed to be your contact throughout the full process. This person will guide you through all your planning needs to help your function run smooth and efficiently.
